About Timo
Timo has been working as a specialist, manager and external consultant in the field of digital commerce and online marketplaces for over 20 years. His previous activities during this time ranged from setting up the first German online marketplace to being responsible for the development and construction of digital business models in start-ups, medium-sized companies and corporations through to strategy development and management tasks for several online shops. Timo therefore has extensive experience in the areas of strategy and business development and brand management as well as eCommerce and marketplace management.
Timo is also a senior expert in program and project management as well as agile methods and in this context was responsible for the establishment of an agile product organization with over 100 employees in a leading omnichannel retail company as head of eCommerce and lead product owner order management.
