In his 30 years of professional career, Dietmar has passed through all stations in operational and strategic positions, from salesman to general purchasing manager. In doing so, he not only witnessed corporate, structural and process changes, but in most cases also successfully helped to shape them with his departments as a pilot project owner. He accompanied the development of stationary trade to e-commerce / omnichannel from the very beginning.

 

Most recently, Dietmar was Head of Category Management CE for 4 purchasing areas with a sales volume of more than 3 billion within the MediaMarktSaturn company.

 

Dietmar accompanies you as an advisor and sparring partner, among other things, in building and leading successful teams, purchasing and contract negotiations as well as product and assortment planning in order to make your company even more economically successful.

    • Entry into the e-commerce business and conversion of the company to an omnichannel trading group from the very beginning.

    • Transformation of the decentralized corporate structure into a nationally controlled category management.

  • Head of Procurement Mobilcom-debitel / Freenet Group

    • member of the extended board, direct report to the CEO.

    • Successful merger of 4 companies and their purchasing areas together with all processes and teams under one roof in the parent company. Reconstruction of a purchasing and sales structure for the newly created group.
