As a senior eCommerce expert who has actively accompanied the main growth phases of a leading omnichannel retailer, he is not a “digital rowdy”, but has extensive experience in dealing with digital commerce topics within large companies, both nationally and internationally Level.

About Daniel

 

Daniel has over 10 years of experience in setting up and operating online shops in omnichannel environments with an annual turnover of over 4 billion euros. He was in charge of the introduction and operational management of various technology solutions for eCommerce and omnichannel concepts. In this context, his focus was on building effective organizational structures from agile internal teams and external partners as well as on the connection of the often different interests of sales, marketing and IT. Daniel has extensive expertise in optimizing the digital customer experience and the approaches to increasing sales in digital channels. Daniel was most recently responsible for this topic at a leading omnichannel retail company on an international level as Head of Digital Experience with a team of 50 employees for 12 countries.
