With more than 20 years of experience in logistics and production, Jens has always focused on practical and efficient solutions. He has gained his expertise in well-known companies such as Mercedes Benz, Robert Bosch, Honda and in management positions at ALDI SÜD, redcoon, MediaMarktSaturn, Koch, Neff & Volckmar and Zeitfracht demonstrated.

His professional career started in production at Mercedes Benz in South Africa and at Robert Bosch, followed by a management position at ALDI SOUTH where he developed a deep understanding of customer focus and efficient working methods.

​

As managing director, he built redcoon's eCommerce logistics and customer care center in Erfurt into high-performance online logistics for internal and external customers such as MediaSaturn Germany.

At Koch, Neff and Volckmar, he accompanied the insolvency as managing director and managed the successful transition of the company into new structures, which made it possible for it to be taken over by Zeitfracht.

As a consultant, Jens was responsible for various projects, such as strategy development, introduction of WMS software, planning of dangerous goods warehouses, conversion of clean room production, tenders for CEP and fulfillment services, logistics site analyses, site openings/closures, implementation of pick-by-voice and performance enhancement.
